1. Acceptance of Terms and Cloud Services
By accessing or using the KiduCode Cloud services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms cover both our command-line tools and our hosted Cloud Console.
2. Authorization to Access Connected Services
When you connect third-party platforms such as Vercel or GitHub to KiduCode via OAuth, you explicitly authorize us to access, modify, and manage your resources (e.g., deployments, repositories, environment variables) as requested during the authorization flow. You may revoke this access at any time via the respective third-party platform.
3. User Responsibility for Code and Deployments
You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and deploying any code generated or modified by KiduCode. While we aim to provide accurate and helpful coding assistance, KiduCode does not guarantee that the generated code is error-free, secure, or fit for any specific purpose. You accept full responsibility for all deployments triggered through our integrations.
4. AI Output Limitations
KiduCode relies on artificial intelligence to generate code and workflow suggestions. AI outputs can occasionally be inaccurate, unpredictable, or produce unintended functionality. You acknowledge these inherent limitations and agree to thoroughly audit any AI-generated modifications before integrating them into production environments.
5. Third-Party Charges (Vercel and GitHub)
KiduCode integrations may automate actions (such as pushing commits or triggering builds) that consume resources on connected third-party services like GitHub or Vercel. You are solely responsible for monitoring your usage on these platforms and for any associated costs, overages, or fees incurred as a result of using KiduCode.
6. Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property
You agree not to use KiduCode for any illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes. You retain all intellectual property rights to the code you create and manage using our platform. KiduCode claims no ownership over your proprietary code or the specific outputs generated for your projects.
7. Availability and Warranty Disclaimers
The KiduCode Cloud services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform or integrations.
8. Liability Limitations and Governing Law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KiduCode and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill resulting from your use of the services. These terms shall be governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Account Termination and Data Deletion
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the KiduCode services at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination or deletion, we will delete all associated OAuth access tokens and metadata in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
